Exness Review Verdict: Is It Worth Considering?
On my tests, Exness paid out in 1–4 minutes with no fee and cost $5.00 per 1-lot EUR/USD round trip on Raw Spread and Zero, while its main weakness is the narrower protection of its offshore companies.
Pros and Cons
On my test account, Exness was strongest on payment speed and fees. Its weak points are entity-dependent protection and very high leverage.
Pros
- Fast payments on my test account: VietQR deposits in about 2 minutes, USDT (BEP20) deposits and withdrawals in about 1 minute, and local bank transfer withdrawals in about 4 minutes Tested.
- No Exness fee on any deposit or withdrawal I made Tested.
- Stable pricing in my tests: on Standard, Raw Spread and Zero, the EUR/USD spread did not change across 26 readings per account on 22 Oct 2026 Tested
- Low entry point: $10 minimum deposit on Standard and Standard Cent Broker-stated.
- Five account types, from spread-only Standard to commission-based Raw Spread and Zero Broker-stated.
- Published Higher Margin Requirement rules, with the leverage applied around news and weekends Broker-stated.
Cons
- Your protection depends on the Exness company that holds your account. The group’s UK or EU licences do not cover clients of its other companies.
- Withdrawals through a method cannot exceed what you deposited through it. My first bank withdrawal of about USD 15 was rejected Tested.
- Local-currency payments lose a little in conversion: my deposit and withdrawal rates were about 0.7% apart Tested.
- Very high leverage is available on some entities, which can turn small price moves into large losses.
- Copy trading is no longer offered Broker-stated.
- I have not tested execution quality or email support yet Not tested.

Who Exness Suits
Exness suits active forex and gold traders who trade small to mid-size positions and compare all-in costs between account types.
- Small-balance traders: you can start with $10 on Standard or Standard Cent Broker-stated, and my first deposit of USD 10.42 went through Tested.
- Frequent EUR/USD traders: Raw Spread and Zero each cost me about $5.00 per 1-lot round trip, against $8.00 on Standard Tested.
- Gold traders: Raw Spread and Zero were the cheapest accounts for XAU/USD in my tests, about $15.00 per lot round trip Tested.
- Traders who want fast local or crypto payments: my completed deposits and withdrawals arrived in 1–4 minutes with no Exness fee Tested.
- Web-platform users: Exness Terminal loaded in about 5 seconds and switched between five accounts without errors in my test Tested.
Who Should Look Elsewhere
Look elsewhere if you need UK or EU retail protection, want to own real shares, or cannot tolerate fast leveraged losses.
- Traders who need an investor compensation scheme: my account’s Seychelles company is not covered by one Broker-stated.
- Investors who want real shares or ETFs: Exness offers stocks only as CFDs, so you get no shareholder rights Broker-stated.
- Beginners who need structured lessons: I have not assessed Exness’s education material, so check what it offers before you deposit.
- Anyone tempted by maximum leverage: at 1:2000, a 10-pip move against 1 lot of EUR/USD wipes out a $100 account (calculation).
- US, UK and EU residents: these markets are served by other Exness companies or not at all, so check the legal documents for your country.
Is Exness Safe and Regulated?
Exness is regulated, but how well your money is protected depends on the Exness company that holds your account, because each entity has its own regulator and protections.
Before depositing, check the company named in your Client Agreement, not the Exness brand name.
Which Exness Entity Will You Join?
Exness assigns your entity by country of residence. My test account is held by Exness (SC) Ltd, regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Seychelles under licence SD025 Verified at source.
Check the exact legal name shown during registration and compare it with the relevant regulator’s public register. Also confirm whether that entity is permitted to serve retail clients in your jurisdiction.
Exness serves retail clients through several companies, each with its own regulator. The table shows four of them with each licence number and check date: I confirmed Exness (SC) Ltd and Exness (KE) Limited on their regulators’ registers, and the other two rest on what Exness states. Exness also has companies in South Africa, the UK and Cyprus that I have not checked.

Client Protection at Exness (SC) Ltd
For Exness (SC) Ltd, Exness states segregated client funds and negative balance protection, but it is not covered by an investor compensation scheme Broker-stated.
Segregated Funds and Negative Balance Protection
Exness states both protections for Exness (SC) Ltd in its client agreement, and each one covers a different risk:
- Segregated client funds: Exness states that it keeps client money separate from its own operating money Broker-stated. I cannot check how the money is actually held. Segregation can help if the company fails, but it does not guarantee you get all your money back.
- Negative balance protection: if a sharp price move pushes your account below zero, Exness resets the balance to zero, so you never owe more than you deposited Broker-stated. It limits your trading losses to your balance. It does not help if the broker fails.
Neither protection covers ordinary trading losses.
Compensation Schemes
Exness (SC) Ltd is not covered by an investor compensation scheme. If the company itself failed, no scheme would refund its clients up to a set limit, as schemes such as the UK’s FSCS or Cyprus’s Investor Compensation Fund do for eligible clients of firms regulated in those countries.
A compensation scheme pays only when a firm fails and cannot return clients’ money, not when a trade goes against you.
How to Verify Exness’s Licence Yourself
You can independently check an Exness licence through the relevant financial regulator’s public register. Complete these five checks before relying on a regulatory claim.
- 1. Identify your legal entity. Open your account registration documents or Client Agreement and record the full company name, jurisdiction and registered address.
- 2. Visit the official regulator register. Navigate directly to the regulator’s website rather than relying on a broker’s marketing badge or third-party directory.
- 3. Search the licence number. Compare the number, legal name and registered address against the broker’s disclosures. Record the source and date checked.
- 4. Confirm status and permissions. Check whether the licence is active, whether the firm may provide the relevant investment services and whether any retail restrictions or warnings apply.
- 5. Save your evidence. Capture the regulator’s entry, including its status, permissions and verification date. Repeat the check if the entity changes.
Exness Fees: Tested Spreads, Commissions and Hidden Costs
On my Exness tests, a 1-lot EUR/USD round trip cost about $8.00 on Standard, $5.50 on Pro and $5.00 on both Raw Spread and Zero once commission is included.
Measured Spreads and Commissions
On 22 Oct 2026 I measured EUR/USD at 0.8 pips on Standard and Standard Cent, 0.55 pips on Pro and 0.0 pips plus commission on Raw Spread and Zero, with gold spreads from $4.00 per lot on Zero to $24.00 on Standard.
| Account | Min deposit | Spread from | Commission | EUR/USD spread, avg (min-max) | XAU/USD spread per lot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $10 | From 0.3 pips | None | 0.8 pips (0.8-0.8) | $24 per lot |
| Standard Cent | $10 | From 0.3 pips | None | 0.8 pips (0.8-0.8) | 24 cents per cent lot |
| Pro | $200 | From 0.1 pips | None | 0.55 pips (0.4–0.6) | $16.80 per lot |
| Raw Spread | $200 | From 0.0 pips | $2.50 per lot per side on EUR/USD and $3.50 per lot per side on XAU/USD | 0.0 pips (0.0–0.0) | $8 per lot |
| Zero | $200 | From 0.0 pips | $2.5 per lot per side on EUR/USD · $5.50 per lot per side on XAU/USD | 0.0 pips | $4 per lot |
Source: Tested on Exness Terminal (web), 22 Oct 2026 (opens in a new tab) 26 readings per account across the Asian, European and New York sessions · minimum deposit, “spread from” and commission Broker-stated, checked 22 Oct 2026 on the Exness account types page
Spread columns: my averages across the Asian, European and New York sessions.
Unit note: EUR/USD spreads are in pips (1 pip = 0.0001, $10 per pip on 1 lot). Gold spreads are the bid–ask gap in US dollars per ounce and 1 lot = 100 oz, so $0.24 per oz costs $24 per lot. Standard Cent uses the same quotes on cent lots (1 cent lot = 0.01 lot).
On Standard, Raw Spread and Zero the spread did not change across my readings. On Pro, EUR/USD moved between 0.4 and 0.6 pips.
All-In Cost Example
Including commission, Raw Spread and Zero tied as the cheapest accounts for a 1-lot EUR/USD round trip in my tests ($5.00 each), followed by Pro ($5.50) and Standard ($8.00).
Worked example: Standard: 0.8 pips × $10 per pip = $8.00, no commission. Pro: 0.55 pips × $10 per pip = $5.50, no commission. Raw Spread and Zero: 0.0 pips + $2.50 × 2 sides = $5.00.
For gold, Raw Spread and Zero tied at $15.00 per 1-lot round trip (Raw Spread: $8.00 spread + $7.00 commission. Zero: $4.00 spread + $11.00 commission), ahead of Pro ($16.80) and Standard ($24.00).
Testing conditions: Exness Terminal (web), USD accounts, all five account types measured side by side on 22 Oct 2026. I took 10 readings in the Asian Session, 10 in the European Session (5 of them during the London–New York overlap) and 6 in the New York session. Screenshots of every reading are on the Exness test evidence page.

Swaps, Inactivity and Non-Trading Fees
My Exness account paid no inactivity, deposit or withdrawal fee between July and October 2026, so the non-trading costs to watch are overnight swaps and currency conversion.
- Overnight swaps: positions held past the daily rollover are charged or credited a swap. Swap rates change daily, so check the current long and short rate for each instrument in the Exness contract specifications.
- Swap-free accounts: available for eligible accounts and countries, though some instruments may carry a fee instead.
- Deposit and withdrawal fees: none charged by Exness on my VietQR, USDT (BEP20) and local bank transfer payments (Tested). Your bank, wallet or the blockchain network may charge its own fee, for example 0.01 USDT on my BEP20 transfer.
- Currency conversion: local-currency payments are converted to the account currency, and my deposit and withdrawal rates were about 0.7% apart Tested.
- Inactivity fees: none charged on my account between July and October 2026 Tested.
Withdrawals and Deposits: Timed Test Results
On my test account, every completed deposit and withdrawal arrived within minutes, and Exness charged no deposit or withdrawal fee. I made 3 deposits and 4 withdrawal requests between 17 Jul and 20 Aug 2026: deposits took 1–2 minutes, USDT (BEP20) withdrawals about 1 minute and local bank transfer withdrawals about 4 minutes. One bank withdrawal was rejected because it was larger than the amount I had deposited through that method.
These results come from a small number of transactions on one account. They show how Exness handled my payments, not a guarantee of future processing times.
Full records, with amounts, timestamps and masked screenshots for every transaction, are on the Exness test evidence page.
Deposit Speed by Method
Both deposit methods credited my account within 2 minutes, with no Exness fee.
| Deposit method | Amount | Time to credit | Exness fee | Date |
| VietQR, domestic bank transfer (Vietnam) | About USD 10.42 | About 2 min | None | 17 Jul 2026 |
| USDT (BEP20) | 100 USDT | About 1 min | None (0.01 USDT network fee) | 21 Jul 2026 |
| VietQR, domestic bank transfer (Vietnam) | About USD 10.42 | About 2 min | None | 21 Jul 2026 |
Source: Tested (opens in a new tab) Full records on the Exness test evidence page.
Withdrawal Speed by Method
USDT (BEP20) withdrawals arrived in about 1 minute and my completed bank withdrawal in about 4 minutes, with no Exness fee.
| Withdrawal method | Amount | Time to receive | Exness fee | Result | Date |
| Local bank transfer (Vietnam) | About USD 15 | – | – | Rejected: more than I had deposited by this method | 21 Jul 2026 |
| Local bank transfer (Vietnam) | About USD 21 | About 4 min | None | Completed | 21 Jul 2026 |

| USDT (BEP20) | 90 USDT | About 1 min | None | Completed | 20 Aug 2026 |
Limits and Fees
Exness took no fee on any deposit or withdrawal I made. The costs I did see came from outside the broker’s fee schedule:
Network fee: USDT transfers can carry a blockchain fee charged by the sending wallet or exchange, not by Exness: 0.01 USDT.
Exchange rate: local-currency payments are converted to the account currency. My deposit and withdrawal were converted at rates about 0.7% apart Tested.
Limits: the lowest deposit depends on the method, about $10 for local payment methods and crypto such as USDT and $50 for Skrill, Neteller or Binance Pay Broker-stated. Each method can withdraw only what you deposited through it, which is the limit I ran into Tested. I have not tested the maximum deposit or withdrawal amounts.
Verification and Delays
My only delay was a rejected withdrawal, caused by Exness’s rule that each payment method can withdraw only what you deposited through it.
My first bank withdrawal, about USD 15, was rejected because I had deposited only USD 10.42 through that method Tested. After a second deposit by the same method, a larger withdrawal went through, because it stayed within my total deposits through that method. Exness also asked for a facial verification before one deposit and one withdrawal Tested.
Account Types and Minimum Deposits
Exness has five account types: Standard and Standard Cent for small balances, Pro for discretionary traders, and Raw Spread and Zero for frequent traders who pay commission instead of a wider spread.
Account Types at a Glance
Standard and Standard Cent start at $10 with spread-only pricing, while Pro, Raw Spread and Zero start at $200.
| Account | Minimum deposit | Pricing | Commission | Best for |
| Standard | $10 | Spread only | None | Beginners who want one simple cost |
| Standard Cent | $10 | Spread only, cent lots | None | Testing strategies with very small positions |
| Pro | $200 | Spread only | None | Experienced discretionary traders |
| Raw Spread | $200 | Commission | $2.50 per lot per side on EUR/USD | Active traders who compare all-in costs |
| Zero | $200 | Zero spread on selected instruments + commission | $2.50 per lot per side on EUR/USD | Frequent traders on selected instruments |
Source: Broker-stated
Zero spread is not zero cost: on my test, Zero still cost $5.00 per 1-lot EUR/USD round trip in commission.
What Is the Real Minimum Deposit?
The real minimum is $10 on Standard and Standard Cent and $200 on Pro, Raw Spread and Zero Broker-stated.
The payment method can raise that floor: about $10 for local payment methods and crypto such as USDT, but $50 for Skrill, Neteller or Binance Pay Broker-stated. My first deposit on a Standard account was USD 10.42 by VietQR, which Exness accepted Tested.
Which Account Fits Which Trader
Choose Standard if you are starting out, Standard Cent for very small positions, Pro for discretionary trading, and Raw Spread or Zero only if you trade often enough for commission to beat a wider spread. On my tests, Raw Spread and Zero tied as the cheapest accounts for a 1-lot round trip on both EUR/USD ($5.00) and gold ($15.00), and Pro was the cheapest account without commission.
Pick the account by how you trade, not by which one advertises the narrowest spread:
- Beginners: Standard. It starts at $10 Broker-stated and has one simple cost, the spread. I measured 0.8 pips on EUR/USD, about $8.00 per 1-lot round trip, with no commission Tested.
- Very small positions: Standard Cent. It also starts at $10 Broker-stated and trades in cent lots (1 cent lot = 0.01 standard lot), so you can test a strategy with very little money at risk. The spread I measured was the same as Standard, 0.8 pips Tested.
- Experienced discretionary traders: Pro. It needs $200 to open Broker-stated and cost about $5.50 per 1-lot EUR/USD round trip with no commission: 0.55 pips on average, between 0.4 and 0.6 Tested.
- Frequent traders and scalpers: Raw Spread or Zero. Both start at $200 and charge a commission instead of a wider spread Broker-stated. On Raw Spread, EUR/USD averaged 0.0 pips plus $2.50 commission per side, about $5.00 per 1-lot round trip. On Zero it also cost about $5.00: 0.0 pips plus $2.50 commission per side. Both beat Pro ($5.50) on EUR/USD by only $0.50 per lot, so the saving matters mainly if you trade often.
Leverage, Margin and Risk Controls
Exness leverage ranges from 1:400 to unlimited depending on your entity, account equity and instrument, and higher leverage magnifies losses as much as gains. On my account, leverage is 1:2000 by default and unlimited for eligible accounts Broker-stated. Clients of Exness (KE) Limited are capped at 1:400, so Exness’s unlimited-leverage option does not apply to them.
Example (calculation, EUR/USD at 1.1000): 1 lot is 100,000 EUR, worth about $110,000. At 1:2000, opening it needs only about $55 of margin. A move of just 10 pips against you is −$100. On a $100 account, that wipes out the whole balance.
Leverage Caps by Entity
Retail leverage is capped at 1:400 at Exness (KE) Limited and can reach unlimited at the Seychelles, BVI, Curaçao and South Africa entities Broker-stated. A broker’s headline maximum is not the leverage every client gets, because the cap is set by the entity that holds your account.
| Regulatory entity | Forex major pairs | Gold CFDs |
| Exness (SC) Ltd | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Exness B.V. | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Exness (VG) Ltd | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Exness ZA (PTY) Ltd | Unlimited (local restrictions may apply) | Unlimited (local restrictions may apply) |
| Exness (KE) Limited | 1:400 | 1:400 |
Source: Broker-stated
Within an entity, the maximum also falls as your equity grows:
| Equity (in USD) | Maximum available leverage |
|---|---|
| 0 – 4,999.99 | 1:2000 by default; unlimited if eligible |
| 5,000 – 29,999.99 | 1:2000 |
| 30,000 – 99,999.99 | 1:1000 |
| 100,000 or more | 1:500 |
Source: Broker-stated
Unlimited Leverage
Unlimited leverage is off by default and unlocks only when your equity is under $5,000 and you have closed at least 10 orders totalling 5 lots (or 500 cent lots) across your real accounts Broker-stated. If either condition stops being true, the option disappears or cannot be enabled.
It applies only to these instruments:
- Forex: all majors and minors, DXY, USDCNH, HKDJPY, USDHKD, USDTHB
- Metals: gold (XAU) and silver (XAG) pairs
Every other instrument keeps its normal cap, even on a qualifying account. Unlimited leverage does not mean unlimited funds, and it gives no protection against losses. It is not available to clients of Exness (KE) Limited.
Higher Margin Requirements (HMR)
Higher Margin Requirements (HMR) are windows in which Exness cuts leverage: from 15 minutes before to 90 seconds after high-impact news, and around weekend and holiday breaks. Forex, for example, drops to 1:200 Broker-stated. During these windows you need more margin for new positions on the affected instruments. When the window ends, margin is recalculated automatically from your equity and selected leverage.
HMR around weekend breaks
| Instrument group | Before weekend break | After weekend break |
| All trading instruments except BTC and ETH | ~3 hours | 1 hour |
Leverage during HMR
| Instrument group | Instruments | Leverage during HMR |
| Forex | All | 1:200 (0.5%) |
| Energies | USOIL, UKOIL | 1:20 (5%) |
| XNGUSD | 1:5 (20%) | |
| Metals | XAU | 1:100 – 1:1000 (0.1% – 1%) |
| XAG | 1:50 – 1:200 (0.5% – 2%) | |
| XALUSD, XCUUSD, XNIUSD, XPBUSD, XZNUSD | 1:50 (2%) | |
| Indices | US30, USTEC, US500 | 1:50 – 1:100 (1% – 2%) |
| All others | 1:20 – 1:50 (2% – 5%) | |
| Stocks | All | 1:5 (20%) |
| Cryptocurrencies | All | 1:200 (0.5%) |

Margin Call and Stop-Out
Exness sets the margin call at 60% margin level on Standard and Standard Cent and at 30% on Pro, Raw Spread and Zero, and the stop-out at 0% on all five accounts Broker-stated. Clients of Exness (KE) Limited have a 20% stop-out instead.
A 0% stop-out means Exness starts closing your positions only when your equity is almost gone, so a losing trade can use up nearly your whole balance before anything closes. During the daily break hours for stocks, the stop-out level rises to 100% Broker-stated.

Platforms and Tools
Exness offers MT4, MT5, its browser-based Exness Terminal and the Exness Trade app. I ran all my spread tests on Exness Terminal (web). Having a platform available does not tell you how well it executes trades. I have not tested execution quality (slippage, requotes, order speed) yet, so this section covers availability, tools and my own use of the platform.
Platforms and Apps
MT4 and MT5 run on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, Exness Terminal runs in a web browser on any device, and Exness Trade is the mobile app.

Order Types, Copy Trading and Research
Exness supports market and pending orders with stop-loss, take-profit and trailing stops, but copy trading is no longer available Broker-stated.
- Order types: market orders, and pending orders (limit and stop).
- Risk controls: stop-loss, take-profit and trailing stop. Trailing stops work only while the platform is open on MT4/MT5.
- Automated trading: Expert Advisors (EAs) on MT4 and MT5.

- Research: market news, analysis and an economic calendar inside the Personal Area and terminal. I have not assessed their depth.

- No real shares or ETFs: stocks are offered only as CFDs, so you get no shareholder rights or dividends in the usual form.
- Availability varies: some instruments do not appear on every account type, platform or entity. Check the symbol list in your terminal before planning a trade.
Customer Support
Exness live chat replied instantly: its chatbot answered my basic account and platform questions straight away Tested.
I tested the live chat on 20 Oct 2026 with questions such as which protections apply to my entity and how many instruments I can trade on Exness. The chatbot responded within seconds and gave correct answers to these basic questions. Exness states that support is available 24/7 in multiple languages Broker-stated.
I have tested live chat only once. Response times from human agents, email support and support at other hours are not tested yet.
User Reputation
Exness has a 4.7/5 rating on Trustpilot from about 34,000 reviews, and 92% of those reviews give 4 or 5 stars Third-party data.

Public reviews show patterns, not proof. A single review cannot confirm whether a withdrawal complaint is accurate or whether a loss was the broker’s fault.
Exness vs Other Brokers
Exness cost less than XM in my tests: a 1-lot EUR/USD round trip was $8 on Exness Standard against $20 on XM Standard, and fewer of my withdrawal requests failed to complete (1 of 4 against 3 of 5). XM has the lower minimum deposit, $5 against $10.

Reasons Exness May Not Fit: Risks and Red Flags
Exness may not fit you if you need UK or EU-level investor protection, want to own real shares or ETFs, or cannot afford fast leveraged losses. My account sits with an offshore company regulated in Seychelles, whose protections are narrower than those of Exness’s UK or Cyprus companies and whose leverage can go up to unlimited.
Entity and Offshore Protection Gaps
If your account sits with an offshore Exness entity such as Exness (SC) Ltd, you do not get the investor compensation scheme or the retail leverage limits that apply to clients of Exness’s UK and Cyprus companies.
| Protection | Exness (SC) Ltd |
| Regulator and licence | FSA Seychelles, SD025 Verified at source |
| Segregated client funds | Yes, per the client agreement Broker-stated |
| Negative balance protection | Yes, per the client agreement Broker-stated |
| Investor compensation scheme | None Broker-stated |
| Retail leverage limit | None: up to unlimited for eligible accounts Broker-stated |
Red flag to avoid: assuming you have FCA or CySEC protection because Exness holds those licences. They cover only clients of those companies. Use the five checks in How to Verify Exness’s Licence Yourself to confirm which company holds your account.
CFD Loss Rates and Leverage Risk
CFDs can lose you money quickly and Exness’s high leverage magnifies that risk. My account’s company does not publish the share of retail accounts that lose money. Loss-rate figures from one Exness entity do not apply to clients of another.
Risks that apply even with a fast, fee-free broker:
- Leverage: at 1:2000, a 10-pip move against a 1-lot EUR/USD position wipes out a $100 account (see Leverage, Margin and Risk Controls).
- Price gaps: prices can jump past your stop-loss over weekends or around news, so the trade closes at a worse price.
- Slippage: orders can fill at a worse price than requested. I have not measured slippage on Exness yet.
- Stop-out: positions close automatically when your margin level falls to
0%Broker-stated. - Swaps: overnight charges add up on positions held for days or weeks.
- Payment rules: each method can only withdraw what you deposited through it, which is why my first bank withdrawal was rejected Tested.
Fake Exness Websites and Clone Scams
Scammers copy the Exness name on fake websites and “support” accounts, so check the domain and the company before you send money.
- Type exness.com yourself instead of following links from ads, direct messages or social media.
- Treat anyone who contacts you first as “Exness support” as a scam risk, and never share your password or verification codes.
- Pay only through the methods listed in your Personal Area, never to a private person’s bank account or wallet.
- Compare the company name and licence number with the regulator’s register, using How to Verify Exness’s Licence Yourself
Checklist Before Depositing
Before funding an Exness account, run these eight checks in order:
- Country eligibility: confirm Exness accepts residents of your country for the account you want.
- Your entity: find the company named in your client agreement and check it on the regulator’s register.
- Protection terms: read that entity’s rules on segregated funds, negative balance protection, compensation and complaints.
- Real costs: compare spread plus commission for the instruments you trade, not the advertised “from” spread (see Measured Spreads and Commissions).
- Leverage and stop-out: choose a leverage you can afford to be wrong with, and note the stop-out level.
- Verification first: complete identity verification before you need to withdraw. My basic verification was approved in about 1 minute and full identity verification was completed on 01 Sep 2026. Exness also asked for a facial check before one deposit and one withdrawal Tested.
- Small test: deposit and withdraw a small amount through the method you plan to use, and time it.
- Keep records: save your client agreement, fee pages, transaction confirmations and screenshots.
Exness is a reasonable choice for traders whose own checks match their needs: fast payments, low entry costs and a choice of accounts, with the protections of the entity that holds their account. It is not a fit for everyone, and nothing here is personal financial advice.

Questions Readers Also Ask
Short answers to the questions readers ask most about Exness, covering safety, deposits, withdrawal times, fees, PayPal and swap-free accounts, each based on my live-account tests or Exness’s own documents.
Is Exness safe?
Exness is a regulated broker, but how safe your money is depends on the Exness company that holds your account. My test account is held by Exness (SC) Ltd, licensed by the FSA in Seychelles. It offers segregated client funds and negative balance protection, but not the investor compensation that UK or EU clients get. Every completed deposit and withdrawal on my account arrived within minutes. One withdrawal was rejected under the deposit-method rule.

Is Exness real or fake?
Exness is a real broker, founded in 2008, that operates through several licensed companies Broker-stated. I opened a live account, verified it and moved real money in and out without problems Tested. Beware of fake websites and “support” accounts using the Exness name. Use only the official site and the Personal Area. See How to Verify Exness’s Licence Yourself
What is the minimum deposit at Exness?
The minimum is $10 on Standard and Standard Cent and $200 on Pro, Raw Spread and Zero, but the payment method can set a higher floor Broker-stated. Local methods and crypto such as USDT start at about $10, while Skrill, Neteller and Binance Pay need $50. My first deposit of USD 10.42 by VietQR was accepted Tested. See What Is the Real Minimum Deposit?
Which deposit and withdrawal methods does Exness support?
Exness supports local bank transfers, cards, e-wallets and crypto, but the list in your Personal Area depends on your country Broker-stated. Common options include local bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Binance Pay and crypto such as USDT, BTC and ETH. I tested VietQR, local bank transfer and USDT (BEP20) Tested. See Withdrawals and Deposits.
Is Exness good for beginners?
Exness can suit beginners who start small on a Standard or Standard Cent account and use low leverage, but its very high leverage makes it risky for anyone who does not yet manage risk. The $10 minimum and free demo account make it easy to start Broker-stated. I have not assessed its education material. See Who Should Look Elsewhere.
Why can’t I withdraw money from Exness?
The most common reasons are incomplete verification, using a different method from your deposit, or asking for more than you deposited through that method. My USD 15 withdrawal by local bank transfer was rejected because I had deposited only USD 10.42 through it Tested. Exness may also ask for an extra security check. Mine was a facial verification Tested. See Verification and Delays.
How long does an Exness withdrawal take?
My completed Exness withdrawals took about 1 minute by USDT (BEP20) and about 4 minutes by local bank transfer, with no Exness fee Tested. A separate bank request was rejected under the deposit-method rule, and Exness asked for a facial verification before one withdrawal, so allow extra time. See Withdrawals and Deposits.
Does Exness charge deposit or withdrawal fees?
Exness charged no fee on any deposit or withdrawal I made Tested. You may still pay costs outside Exness: a small exchange-rate difference on local-currency payments, and the network fee on crypto transfers (0.01 USDT on my BEP20 transfer). See Limits and Fees
Does Exness support PayPal?
No. Exness no longer supports PayPal as a deposit or withdrawal method Broker-stated.
Does Exness offer swap-free accounts?
Yes, Exness offers swap-free accounts for eligible clients, so positions held overnight are not charged or credited a swap on qualifying instruments Broker-stated. Eligibility depends on your country and the instruments you trade, and some instruments may still carry a fee. Whether this meets your religious requirements is a decision for you or your adviser. See Swaps, Inactivity and Non-Trading Fees.
